Return/refund policy

1.If you need to return a product that you have purchased from FairRC, please read the following return policy carefully before returning any products:

1. If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want your item, you may return new, unassembled, and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
   Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

   In cases where the return is due to buyer’s reason (e.g. changed mind, ordered by mistake, non-quality related), a processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction costs:

   • Credit card payments: 3.1% fee

   • PayPal payments: 4.4% fee

   For example, if you purchased a $150 RC vehicle and paid via PayPal, and you decide to return it for non-product-related reasons, you will be refunded $143.40, and you must cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

   All returns must be in original condition with all packaging intact. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

2. If your order was shipped using our Free Shipping option, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund amount. Any shipping charges paid by the customer are nonrefundable.Products that are incomplete, assembled, or used in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange.Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
3. If your return is the result of a shipping error (we shipped you the wrong product) or a fault with the product, Fair RC will pay the return shipping costs.

Note

--If your product has been assembled or used in any way, and you discover an issue with your product within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for replacement.

--We kindly remind our customers that if you wish to return or exchange items to our warehouse, please be sure to contact our customer service for the correct return address. Do not ship the products back on your own initiative. If you send the products to an incorrect address or without informing us in advance, we cannot be held responsible for any issues such as lost packages or other complications.

2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Even if your order has not yet shipped, cancellation still incurs transaction costs charged by the payment provider. Therefore, if you cancel an order before shipment, the same processing fees will apply and be deducted from your refund:

• Credit card payments: 3.1% fee

• PayPal payments: 4.4% fee

Example: If you place a $200 order via credit card and request cancellation before it ships, your refund will be $193.80.

RADIO-CONTROLLED CARS AND ALL RELATED PRODUCTS SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE.

We DO NOT accept any responsibility for crash damages. All procedures and methods should be used prior to use to check the functionality of all components.

We DO NOT accept any responsibility for improper installation of our products.

The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection to all items sold or distributed.. The user is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer's guidelines. we DO NOT accept any responsibility for injury, crashes, and damages, loss of accessories, parts, and materials that occur during the use of any radio-controlled model. Extreme care should be taken when using RC products.
